Monumental Designs Architectural Signs are engineered to last many years with trouble free maintenance. The concept behind these signs is to build them using the same materials that modern buildings, both commercial and residential, are clad with.

Modern construction techniques employ EIFS systems. EIFS stands for Exterior Insulation Finish Systems. Polystyrene (insulation foam) is attached over the framing and then cement coated with nylon mesh embedded. Next a coat of acrylic stucco is applied over the top. The result is a finishing system that will last for decades, with no rot or shrinkage.
