step4. Put a cardboard tube around the post or in the hole that was dug and fill it with concrete. The tube keeps dirt from mixing in with the concrete. Keep and eye on the post to make sure they stay level.
step5. Cover the area with the dirt and landscaping.

At this point the hard part is over. What is important to remember here is that your posts are very secure and that you have stable ground for the sign to rest on. The sign does not rest its weight on the posts, it rests it weight on the ground. The posts secure it from moving in any direction but it is the ground that relieves the signs weight.
step6. Tip the sign up and fill the post holes 50-60 percent full of expanding foam. Expanding foam adhesive is very strong and a very good solution for mounting a sign like this. The foam will expand and fill in any gaps between the post and the sign. It will also adhere the sign to the posts very well.
